SALES TERMS FOR THE ULTRAHUMAN SMART RINGS

These sales terms and conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to you (”Customer”) when you purchase an Ultrahuman Ring Air and/or the Ultrahuman Rare Ring (collectively, “Ultrahuman Ring”) on the Ultrahuman website available at www.ultrahuman.com (“Website”) or via the Ultrahuman app (”App”). The Website and the App are managed and operated by Ultrahuman Healthcare Private Limited (India), Ultrahuman Healthcare SP LLC (UAE), Ultrahuman Healthcare Limited (UK), or Ultrahuman Healthcare LLC (USA) (“Ultrahuman”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms apply to the sales contract between you and us, along with the FAQs, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as available on the Website.

PLACING AN ORDER, ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order for the Ultrahuman Ring on the Website or the App.

All purchases or orders of Ultrahuman Ring are subject to the advance payments in full. We shall only deliver fully paid orders.

Orders will be serviced by the relevant entity based on your location.

  1. Customers in India and any other countries not listed hereunder will be serviced by Ultrahuman Healthcare Private Limited.
  2. Customers in the UAE will be serviced by Ultrahuman Healthcare SP LLC.
  3. Customers in the UK, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Portugal and Sweden will be serviced by Ultrahuman Healthcare Limited.
  4. Customers in the USA will be serviced by Ultrahuman Healthcare LLC.

The applicable entity for invoicing and payment collection will depend on your location as outlined above. Payments must be made to the designated entity in your region.

To place an order for Ultrahuman Ring, kindly visit the Website or the App, fill your personal details such as name, email id, address, phone number, and other information in the order form as available on the Website, confirm your acceptance to these Terms, add the Ultrahuman Ring to your shopping cart, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your account ID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you in accordance with these Terms and shipment notification as provided by Ultrahuman.

Alternatively, you can email us on support@ultrahuman.com and an Ultrahuman representative will assist you through the order process. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number. Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation.

PRICING, PRICE CORRECTIONS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Ultrahuman at all times reserves the right to change the prices for the Ultrahuman Ring displayed on its Website and/or App and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Ultrahuman. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error (via email and/or your other preferred mode of communication, as applicable) and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Purchasers in India can see the prices and make purchases in INR while the purchasers from outside India can see the prices and make purchases in USD (or other currencies as preferred by Ultrahuman) for the Ultrahuman Ring on the Website. For international cards used for purchases, the bank’s applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Discounted pricing is applicable for UltrahumanX users subject to terms and conditions. If you are purchasing the Ultrahuman Ring under the Trade-In program, then the Terms and conditions of the Trade-In shall also be applicable.

Our products are liable for GST in India. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and you will know about this before making payments.

If you are purchasing the Ultrahuman Ring from outside India, you will have to pay any applicable Customs duty/Sales Tax/VAT/GST as per your country's rules.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will keep you updated on any adjustments to the delivery schedule.

Before you order the Ultrahuman Ring, we recommend you know your exact ring size. Please note, we do not provide any half sizes. You may purchase a ring sizing kit from us. If you are already an existing user of the Ultrahuman Ring R1 and happen to have the sizing kit, you may use the same for the ring sizing purposes.

Please use the ring sizing kit to determine the Ultrahuman Ring size appropriate to you. The Ultrahuman Ring will be shipped upon the Customer demanding the delivery, by confirming correct ring size and delivery address with us within 120 days from the date of receiving the ring sizing kit. If the Customer fails to confirm their size within the 120 days’ time period, despite reminders from Ultrahuman to the communication details provided at the time of placing the order, the order shall be considered as complete and fulfilled and the payment made at the time of ordering will be forfeited for breach of obligations. Under the foregoing circumstances, by sending ring sizing kit, Ultrahuman has performed its part of the contract in full. After this period, no refunds, replacements, or claims regarding the order/goods will be entertained.

Upon confirmation of the ring size by you, we will make best efforts to deliver the Ultrahuman Ring to you within 4 weeks (in India). International deliveries may take longer and we will keep you updated on the estimated delivery dates. Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control and we shall not be held liable for the same. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. We will not be liable for late deliveries by the parcel providers or in case of force majeure at our end or delivery parcel provider’s end or IT systems disruption.

You will be shown the tentative month of delivery on the website while ordering. We will share a more precise shipping date a month prior to the delivery month.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your order details, courier and tracking information. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient. Make sure that the email address on your order is correct. If you do not receive the emails, check your spam folder.

The risk of loss or damage to the Ultrahuman Ring shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Ultrahuman Ring. We are not responsible if the Ultrahuman Ring is lost or damaged after delivery to you. If you are an UltrahumanX member, you enjoy certain privileges such as extended coverage during standard warranty period and can reach out to support@ultrahuman.com to avail benefits of your UltrahumanX membership.

Upon delivery of the product, you will receive a delivery notification via email or text message. Subject to applicable laws, you must inspect the product and report any discrepancies or non-receipt to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, the delivery will be deemed completed and accepted by you, and we will not be liable for any subsequent claims related to the delivery. However, we may, at our discretion, review and address any concerns raised by you after this period based on the specific circumstances.

OFFICIAL SUPPORT

We provide official post-purchase support, warranty, customer service, and other related services exclusively for products purchased directly through our official website or from authorized retailers. If you have purchased our product through an unauthorized reseller, we recommend that you contact the seller directly for any post-purchase support. We do not extend post-purchase support or warranty coverage to products acquired from unauthorized resellers, including those sold on third-party platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or other similar sites.

To ensure you receive the full benefits of our support and warranty coverage, we encourage you to purchase from our authorized channels. We shall not be responsible for providing warranty support, repairs, or replacements for products obtained through unauthorized channels.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

We may be unable to accept any changes to your order in the following circumstances, (i) once your order has been prepared basis your earlier confirmation of size and/or color and (ii) once you receive a shipment notification i.e. when the Ultrahuman Ring has been prepared for shipping, or the Ultrahuman Ring has been shipped. Once you receive a shipment notification, we may be unable to change the delivery address as well.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order before the order has been shipped by writing to us at support@ultrahuman.com. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If you have received your order and find that it is damaged or defective, please email us at support@ultrahuman.com, within 24 hours of receipt of your order. The request will, however, be entertained once an Ultrahuman team member has checked and determined the same at his own end.

In case of any damage to your delivery, Ultrahuman will be in direct contact with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Ultrahuman Ring cannot be exchanged with another product or service available for sale on the Website, save and except permitted Trade-In. Please refer to the Trade-In Terms and Conditions for more information or write to support@ultrahuman.com. Return eligibility and refund timelines differ for Ultrahuman Ring Air and Ultrahuman Rare Ring as set out below.

RETURNS FOR ULTRAHUMAN RING AIR

Our return policy allows you to return the Ultrahuman Ring Air within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied. The product must include all original accessories, including the charger, and must be in its original packaging. Also, returns and refunds shall also be subject to applicable laws of the country from where the purchase has been made. Cooling Off Period i.e. return of the products purchased without any reason within certain number of days from the date of receipt, should be as per the applicable laws of the country from where the ring is being purchased. Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a shipping label once your return request is processed.

RETURNS FOR ULTRAHUMAN RARE RING

Rare by Ultrahuman represents a fusion of precision health technology and refined luxury craftsmanship. We stand behind every ring and want you to be fully satisfied. If you're not, you may return your ring within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the eligibility and inspection standards below.

Return Eligibility for Ultrahuman Rare Ring

  1. Return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  2. The ring must be in like-new, unworn condition, free from scratches, dents, wear, or signs of use.
  3. The ring must not be engraved, resized, personalised, or altered in any manner.
  4. All authenticity and hallmark documentation and jewellery certificates must be included with the return.
  5. Tamper-evident seals or hangtags, if supplied, must remain intact.
  6. Serial number and hallmark must match Ultrahuman’s internal purchase records.
  7. Inner and outer packaging may be retained; return eligibility is not dependent on packaging being returned.
  8. Each returned ring will undergo a comprehensive inspection, including: a. Surface condition (scratches, abrasions, micro-defects) b. Resin liner integrity c. Hallmark and weight verification d. Serial match e. Sensor face condition and pairing status

Inspection & Refund of Ultrahuman Rare Ring

  1. Once received, your ring will be sent to our manufacturing partner, Jewelex, for inspection and verification.
  2. Upon approval, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  3. Rings that show wear, damage, signs of polishing, or tampering may be declined or partially refunded based on inspection and applicable consumer law.
  4. Diminished-value deductions may apply where the ring has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess it.

Non-Returnable Versions of Ultrahuman Rare Ring

  1. Rings that have been engraved, resized, personalised, or altered.
  2. Rings damaged by improper use, accidents, impact, or unauthorised repair.
  3. Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or marketplaces.
  4. Returns submitted without proof of purchase from Ultrahuman or an authorised partner.
  5. Rings returned without authenticity or hallmark documentation.

How to Initiate a Return for Ultrahuman Rare Ring

  1. Contact Ultrahuman Support at support@ultrahuman.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a secure return shipping label, and our team will coordinate courier pick-up.
  4. Pack the ring securely and ship it using the method instructed.
  5. Retain tracking information until we confirm receipt and inspection.

Additional Information for Ultrahuman Rare Ring Return

  1. Shipping fees may be refunded at Ultrahuman’s discretion.
  2. Customs duties, VAT, or import fees—where applicable—are non-refundable, as these are levied directly by your country’s customs authority.
  3. Returns received after 30 days may not be accepted.
  4. UltrahumanX lifetime access linked to the ring will be revoked upon refund.
  5. Once approved, refunds are limited to the original purchase price paid. Precious metal market value at the time of return does not affect refund eligibility.

WARRANTY

Subject to applicable laws, Ultrahuman provides a 12 (twelve) months limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Ultrahuman Ring (“Warranty”). The applicable warranty terms and conditions will be contained in your Ultrahuman Ring hardware box as well. Ultrahuman is not responsible for any loss or damage (including loss of data) arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Ultrahuman Ring use. Your purchase order number together with the date of delivery will be the warranty support document.

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that is incompatible with Ultrahuman’s products and services; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by using the Ultrahuman Ring in violation of these Terms and Terms of Use; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than Ultrahuman; (g) to an Ultrahuman Ring that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Ultrahuman; (h) to damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Ultrahuman Ring, (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Ultrahuman Ring, or (j) if Ultrahuman receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Ultrahuman Ring, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the Ultrahuman Ring (e.g., by presenting proof of purchase).

This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. Ultrahuman does not provide international warranty for Ultrahuman Ring.

ULTRAHUMANX

UltrahumanX is an extended support and special benefits program for select Ultrahuman products. It’s backed by Ultrahuman, not by an insurer, and does not offer any financial reimbursement. All benefits under UltrahumanX are provided at our discretion, are non-transferable, and may vary by geography in which you are based at the time of purchase of UltrahumanX membership. Ultrahuman X is not an insurance program because it does not transfer or underwrite risk, does not pay or reimburse claims, is not issued by a licensed insurer, and operates as a wellness and membership-based service rather than a regulated insurance product. ORDER CANCELLATION BY ULTRAHUMAN

Ultrahuman is entitled to cancel the order under following circumstances:

  1. you do not pay the price in case of a price correction;
  2. we cannot fulfil the order based on circumstances outside of our control. This includes instances where the Customer fails to confirm the ring size despite reminders from Ultrahuman;
  3. the ordered Ultrahuman Rings are out of stock or are not manufactured anymore;
  4. you refuse or fail to provide necessary cooperation;
  5. the costs of fulfilling the order increased substantially between the date of payment and the date of delivery of the goods.
  6. For any other reasons in our sole discretion.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN INDIA

Ultrahuman shall not be responsible and it shall be your responsibility to check, with your local regulatory or competent authorities, whether the Ultrahuman Ring which you are planning to order or have ordered can be imported and used by you in your country of residence. It is recommended that you obtain confirmation from your local authorities prior to placing an order on the Website or App.

Ultrahuman Ring available for purchase on the Website and App is compliant with Indian laws and regulations. Ultrahuman disclaims any and all liability for not being compliant with local applicable laws if Ultrahuman Ring and Ultrahuman services are to be used or imported in any other country.

Ultrahuman Ring may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Ultrahuman Ring purchased from our crowdfunding campaigns such as including Kickstarter are exempt from our standard return and refunds policy. The product warranty, subject to applicable laws, shall still be applicable.

If you purchase the Ultrahuman Ring in any crowdfunding campaign, you will need to pay for the import taxes and the value-added tax (VAT) depending on the shipping destination.

Save and except where mandated by applicable laws, if for any reason, ring purchase price is to be refunded to the buyer and the shipping total paid to Ultrahuman included Import Fees, Ultrahuman shall not be able to refund the Import Fees. For the avoidance of doubt, if the customer is cancelling the online order due to an issue on our end (e.g., no size fits), we shall refund all fees, including duties and taxes if already paid by the customer.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  1. For orders placed with Ultrahuman Healthcare Private Limited, these Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
  2. For orders placed with Ultrahuman Healthcare SP LLC, these Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of UAE and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Abu Dhabi.
  3. For orders placed with Ultrahuman Healthcare Limited, these Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of UK and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at London, UK.
  4. For orders placed with Ultrahuman Healthcare LLC, these Terms shall be governed in accordance with US laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delaware, USA.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS – DISCRETIONARY GOODWILL

In select cases, and at Ultrahuman’s sole discretion, a partial refund (less applicable costs such as the sizing kit and administrative fees) may be considered if a Customer does not confirm their ring size within 120 days. This does not create any binding obligation on Ultrahuman, and any such refund shall be granted solely as a gesture of goodwill, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
