Week 1
Movement And Breathing
Understand the basic fundamentals of physical movements and breath work.
Grounding And Breath
Learn the presence of the body in our daily activities, focusing on a few breathing and stretching exercises for our body and mind.
All About Breathing
Through some seated poses, we explore the link between our body, breath and mind through natural and sectional breathing techniques.
Week 2
Mind-Body Balance
Achieve balance and flexibility through simple asanas that help with stretching, working on our digestive system, circulation of our back and legs.
Opening The Heart
Your core and spine are activated with this flow of poses to improve blood flow, circulation, and stretch our muscles.
Align The Spine
Centre yourself with asanas meant to strengthen your spine, shoulders, arms, neck, chest, and synchrony when stretching.
Week 3
Find Your Grounding
An uplifting series of poses to help us improve our grounding and strike a mind-body balance. We work our lower body - feet, calves, ankles and back.
Neck And Back
Today we focus on our hips, shoulders and arms in a flow of asanas for our neck and back, revising the practices we've learned so far and working with them.
Slow Breathing
Through this series of asanas, understand the essence of slowing down the breath and calming the mind.
Week 4
Challenging Basics
Take a look into the basics and finer details of asanas, so they can be corrected and solidified before proceeding into more advanced routines.
Laying The Foundation
It's about playing with our comfort zone. We work our legs, hips, spine, back & shoulder, strengthening the legs, lengthening the spine and coordinating breath.
Hips And Chest
In this class, we're working on hip mobility, toughening our spine and coordinating our breath to release caught up emotions.
Week 5
Spine To Mind
Bharath introduces exercises that work on the flexibility of our back, removing any blocks there may be physically and mentally.
Challenging Basics II
In this episode, Bharath explains how if basics are applied, we're able to be deeply rooted in our well-being, polishing on basics as we move ahead.
Vinyasa - Active Meditation
We are introduced to active meditation or vinyasa, we flow through asanas, with coordination of breath and holding poses.
Week 6
Balancing Mind-Body
We learn to maintain balance in the body can bring peace and stillness in the mind through several standing and seated poses for our legs and core.
Freedom Over Fear
We conquer fear and experience freedom through breathing and certain asanas to overcome fears and blockages, bringing stability and clarity to our mind and body.
Mother Of Asanas
Bharath demonstrates flowing into the Sarvangasana or the mother of all asanas, explaining its importance and how to master it with time.
Week 7
Body-Breathing
In this episode we learn 16 different breath techniques to relax our minds, keep blood circulation at its best and stay healthy.
Inner Peace
Bharath brings in a sequence of asanas to help us achieve inner peace through building our balance and stability with core, legs, abs and back exercises.
Know Yourself
After weeks of hard work, let's work with our presence to experience freedom from within, with stretches and poses targeting major muscle groups.
Week 8
Challenge The Direction
Since we've now understood alignment and breathing, we will evaluate the balance between both sides of our body, and work on our core, legs and overall strength.
Connect And Coordinate
In this class, we focus on how to flawlessly transit from one asana to another and maintain good coordination between our physical and pranic body.
Breathe To Freedom
Breath is the most important part of our lives. We learn the significance of breathing to calm our minds, concluding our program.

Congratulations! You've completed the 8-week program. Bharath ends with a few tips on how to take the practice forward, and stay healthy and fit!
