How long is UltrahumanX valid for?
The validity depends on the coverage plan you select:
- UltrahumanX 1-Year Coverage: Valid for 1 year from product activation.
- UltrahumanX 2-Year Coverage: Valid for 2 years from from product activation.
If your product isn’t activated within 60 days of purchase, the UltrahumanX subscription will auto-activate after that window.
What products are covered under UltrahumanX?
UltrahumanX applies to all core Ultrahuman products:
- Ultrahuman M1 (CGM)
- Ultrahuman Ring (R1)
- Ultrahuman Ring AIR (Not for USA)
- Ultrahuman Home
How does extended coverage work?
- 1-Year Plan: Adds accidental damage protection on Ring AIR, Home and M1
- 2-Year Plan: Includes everything in the 1-Year Plan, plus theft and loss protection and weight loss coverage for Ring AIR
How do replacements work?
- Ultrahuman M1: Up to 2 accidental or faulty sensor replacements per year. Additional faulty sensors may be refunded.
- Ring (R1)/Ring AIR/Home: Eligible for one replacement under UltrahumanX.
What is the member-only special price?
UltrahumanX members get at least 15% off on every Ultrahuman M1 transaction, plus exclusive pricing across all Ultrahuman plans and products.
How can I get special prices on M1 as an UltrahumanX user?
Open the Ultrahuman app and log in with the email used for UltrahumanX purchase. Tap “Buy Sensors” in the Metabolism tab to view your discounted M1 pricing.
Can I extend my UltrahumanX plan?
Yes. 1-year UltrahumanX subscribers can extend their plan to two years by repurchasing it within 15 days of expiry. Additional extension options are coming soon.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- Full refund: If the plan is unused and cancelled within 60 days of purchase.
- No refund: If the plan is used or cancelled after the 60-day window. In such cases, the plan runs through its full term before deactivation.
I lost my Ring. How can I claim my replacement?
If you purchased the UltrahumanX 2-Year Plan, you are eligible for a one-time replacement due to loss or theft. Contact support within 30 days of the incident and provide documentation to validate your claim.
What is weight loss coverage?
Exclusively available with the UltrahumanX 2-Year Plan, this benefit allows you to request a one-time size exchange if significant weight loss affects ring fit. Eligibility is outlined in the Ultrahuman Ring Terms of Sale .
