United States Terms last updated 16 October 2026
1. Who we are and when these Terms apply
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and Ultrahuman Healthcare Inc., 8 The Green 7640, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States (“Ultrahuman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you buy Ultrahuman M2 Live for delivery in the United States through an Ultrahuman-owned website or app.
Your order confirmation, the plan and price displayed at checkout, any promotion-specific terms, and these Terms form your purchase agreement. If they conflict, the more specific order or promotion term controls for that order. Purchases from an authorized third-party retailer may be subject to that retailer’s sale and return terms; these Terms do not authorize purchases from an unauthorized seller.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a binding contract, and are purchasing for personal use rather than resale.
2. What M2 Live includes
M2 Live is an Ultrahuman-branded connected experience that may include one or more sterile, single-use biosensors manufactured by a third-party manufacturer (the “Sensor Manufacturer”); any companion app or account required to activate, collect data from, or operate a sensor (the “Sensor App”); protective patches and preparation materials; access to the Ultrahuman app, analytics, scores, insights, and coaching features; and other items identified on the product page or in your order confirmation. The exact contents of your order are those shown at checkout.
Each sensor is supplied in its original sealed packaging. Do not use a sensor if its sterile package is open, damaged, altered, or past its expiration date. Do not transfer, relabel, repack, or resell a sensor.
Ultrahuman markets and distributes the M2 Live bundle and provides the Ultrahuman digital experience. The sensor and Sensor App are third-party products and services. References to “M2 Live” do not mean that Ultrahuman manufactured the sensor or operates the Sensor App.
3. Important eligibility, safety, and medical information
3.1 Intended user and purpose
M2 Live is for adults aged 18 years and older who are not on insulin. It is intended to help you understand glucose patterns and make informed lifestyle choices. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease, and it is not intended for use with automated insulin-delivery systems.
Do not take medical action based only on sensor output without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. M2 Live is not an emergency alert system. If you have symptoms that concern you, if readings do not match how you feel, or if you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate medical care promptly.
3.2 Before you use a sensor
Read and follow the current manufacturer instructions for use, labeling, warnings, contraindications, and app prompts supplied with the sensor. Those instructions control safe placement, activation, wear, removal, storage, and disposal. In particular:
- do not use the system if you are on dialysis or critically ill;
- apply the sensor only to the back of the upper arm and use each sensor only once;
- tell your healthcare professional if you take more than 1,000 mg of vitamin C per day, because it may falsely raise sensor readings; and
- remove the sensor and obtain medical advice if you experience a severe or persistent skin reaction, pain, bleeding, swelling, or other concerning symptom.
A sensor is generally designed for up to 14 days of wear, subject to successful activation, correct use, its expiration date, and the manufacturer instructions. Actual wear time may be shorter if the sensor is removed, dislodged, damaged, fails, or must be removed for safety reasons.
4. Compatible devices, accounts, and connected services
To activate and use a sensor, you need a compatible smartphone with near-field communication (NFC), Bluetooth enabled, a supported operating system, internet access, and any permissions required by the Sensor App and Ultrahuman app. Compatibility can change as devices, operating systems, and apps evolve. Check the current compatibility information before ordering and before installing an operating-system update.
You may need to download the Sensor App, create an account with its operator, and accept the operator’s end-user terms and privacy notice. You do not need to buy a separate sensor or paid subscription from the Sensor Manufacturer or Sensor App operator for a sensor included in your M2 Live order, but the Sensor App and related account may be required for activation and data transmission. You must also maintain an Ultrahuman account to receive the Ultrahuman digital experience.
Sensor data may first be collected and transmitted through systems operated by the Sensor Manufacturer or Sensor App operator and may then be shared with Ultrahuman to provide M2 Live insights. Bluetooth range, phone settings, battery status, network availability, account status, maintenance, outages, and other technical conditions may delay or interrupt readings, synchronization, scores, or insights. We do not promise uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free availability.
5. Orders, acceptance, pricing, and payment
5.1 Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept it by sending an order confirmation or shipping the order. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, a pricing or description error, a purchase limit, an unsupported delivery address, or legal or regulatory requirements. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the cancelled amount.
5.2 Price, taxes, and promotions
The price, currency, sensor quantity, shipment cadence, commitment period, and included digital benefits shown at checkout and in your order confirmation govern your order. Applicable sales tax, shipping, and other charges will be shown before you submit the order where practicable. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide.
Promotions may have additional eligibility, timing, quantity, channel, or combination restrictions. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before shipment and will give you the option to accept the corrected order or receive a refund.
5.3 Purchase limits
We may apply reasonable per-person, household, account, address, or payment-method purchase limits to protect product availability, safety, and program integrity.
6. One-time purchases and recurring plans
6.1 One-time purchase
A one-time purchase includes only the products and digital-access period stated at checkout. It does not automatically renew unless the checkout flow clearly says otherwise and you affirmatively select a recurring plan.
6.2 Automatic renewal
If you select a recurring plan, you authorize Ultrahuman to charge the disclosed recurring price, plus applicable taxes and charges, to your payment method at each renewal until you cancel. The billing date, shipment cadence, quantity, minimum commitment (if any), and included digital benefits are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Your renewal date may not be the same as your delivery date.
We will provide any renewal reminders or notices required by applicable law. If we change the recurring price or make a material adverse change to a recurring plan, we will provide advance notice as required by law. Unless the notice says otherwise, the change will apply to the next renewal after the stated effective date, and you may cancel before that renewal.
6.3 Cancelling or changing a recurring plan
You may cancel future renewals through the online cancellation method made available in your account, order confirmation, renewal notice, or another electronic communication from us. For a plan accepted online, the cancellation method will be either a prominently located direct link or button, or an immediately accessible, pre-addressed and pre-filled cancellation email that you can send without adding information. You may also request cancellation by contacting support@ultrahuman.com. An online cancellation request will be effective when submitted and will prevent future renewal charges; unless you request otherwise, your paid access will continue until the end of the then-current paid period. To avoid the next shipment, cancel before the fulfillment cutoff shown in your renewal notice or order confirmation. If fulfillment has already begun, the current shipment may proceed and remain chargeable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless required by law or permitted under Section 9, cancelling does not create a refund for a current or completed billing period. Any request to change quantity, cadence, address, or plan is subject to availability and the applicable fulfillment cutoff.
6.4 Payment failure
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge, ask you to update payment information, pause shipment or digital benefits, or cancel the plan. You remain responsible for properly authorized charges already incurred.
7. Shipping, delivery, and title
Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We may use separate shipments. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and for promptly notifying us of a delivery problem. We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will work with you on a reasonable resolution.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you designate. Title passes when we receive payment in full, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the order, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
8. Storage, handling, and use
Store and handle sensors exactly as described in the manufacturer labeling. Unless the labeling states otherwise, protect sensors from extreme temperatures, moisture, crushing, puncture, tampering, and contamination. Do not use a sensor that appears damaged or has been stored outside labeled conditions.
You are responsible for using the sensor, apps, and accessories in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and applicable law. Use outside the instructions, modification, attempted repair, transfer, unauthorized resale, or use with unsupported hardware or software may cause inaccurate results, injury, or loss of functionality and may make a sensor ineligible for a remedy.
9. Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds
9.1 Cancelling before shipment
You may ask to cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@ultrahuman.com. We will use reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once preparation or shipment has begun. If cancellation succeeds, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
9.2 Change-of-mind returns
M2 Live orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a change of mind, whether the sensor package is opened or unopened. This does not limit a replacement or refund expressly available under Sections 9.3 or 9.4 or a remedy required by applicable law. Do not send any item to us unless our support team has first authorized the return.
9.3 Transit damage or missing items
Inspect your delivery promptly. If an item is missing or a sensor is damaged in transit, notify support@ultrahuman.com within 24 hours after delivery and provide photographs of the affected item, together with your order number, shipping label, and package details. Any replacement is subject to verification by Ultrahuman and the requirements in Section 9.4. We will provide any additional remedy required by applicable law.
9.4 Suspected faulty sensor
If a sensor does not activate, stops working, produces a persistent error, becomes dislodged without misuse, or otherwise appears faulty, notify support@ultrahuman.com within 14 days after first use. Provide your full name, email address, shipping address, order details, biosensor serial number, days of wear, and any reasonably requested screenshots or other evidence. Ultrahuman will provide first-line troubleshooting and, where appropriate, submit a sensor-support request to the Sensor Manufacturer or its authorized service provider on your behalf. You do not need to return the sensor as a condition of a replacement.
If the Sensor Manufacturer or its authorized service provider confirms that the sensor is faulty and the issue is covered, an approved replacement may be shipped directly to you by the Sensor Manufacturer or its authorized fulfillment provider, which may send tracking information to the email address you provide. We may deny a replacement or refund where the issue is attributable to misuse, intentional damage, failure to follow the manufacturer instructions, or abuse of this policy.
9.5 Skin reaction
If you experience a suspected allergic or significant skin reaction, stop using the sensor and follow the manufacturer instructions. Seek medical attention where appropriate. Any replacement or refund is subject to the requirements in this Section 9 and applicable law. If the reaction involves medical attention or intervention by another person, follow the reporting instructions in Section 10 immediately.
9.6 Refund timing and method
Refunds are available only where expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. Shipping, duties, and other charges are refundable only where required by law or where the underlying issue is attributable to Ultrahuman.
10. Complaints, adverse events, and safety notices
Report ordinary product complaints or technical issues promptly to support@ultrahuman.com and include your order number, sensor serial or lot information, relevant dates, and a description of what happened. If an event involves medical attention or intervention by another person, loss of consciousness, seizure, dizziness, a doctor or hospital visit, or another serious health event, contact us immediately at support@ultrahuman.com and, where reasonably possible, within 24 hours. You may also be directed to the Sensor Manufacturer’s authorized support channel identified on the sensor packaging, in the Sensor App, or communicated by us. Provide the information reasonably requested so the event can be logged and assessed. Ultrahuman may share relevant complaint information with the Sensor Manufacturer, its affiliates, authorized service providers, or regulators as reasonably necessary to investigate the event, meet safety obligations, and provide any applicable remedy.
We or the sensor manufacturer may issue a correction, safety notice, field action, or recall. You agree to follow reasonable instructions, including stopping use, preserving or returning affected products, and confirming disposal. If a recall affects your order, we will provide the remedy specified in the notice and required by law.
11. Privacy and sensor-data sharing
Ultrahuman and the Sensor Manufacturer or applicable Sensor App operator each process personal information under their own privacy notices and act as separate data controllers or businesses for their respective activities. Creating a third-party account or using the Sensor App is governed by the applicable operator’s terms and privacy notice; using the Ultrahuman app and services is governed by Ultrahuman’s terms and privacy notice.
To provide the connected M2 Live experience, systems operated by the Sensor Manufacturer or Sensor App operator may share with Ultrahuman identifiers that link your accounts and sensor data such as glucose readings, summaries, events, errors, and related timestamps. Ultrahuman uses this data to provide features such as trends, scores, insights, coaching, support, safety, and service improvement, as described in its privacy notice and any consent or authorization presented to you.
You can withdraw a consent or disconnect an integration where the applicable service provides that option, but doing so may stop or limit M2 Live features and does not require deletion of information that must be retained for legal, safety, security, or recordkeeping reasons. Requests to exercise privacy rights must be directed to the company identified in the relevant privacy notice; each company handles requests for the data it controls.
12. Digital content and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms and the applicable app terms, Ultrahuman grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the M2 Live digital experience during the applicable access period. The Ultrahuman platform, analytics, scores, content, branding, and software remain owned by Ultrahuman or its licensors. The sensor, Sensor App, and related technology and branding remain owned by the Sensor Manufacturer, Sensor App operator, or their licensors.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, scrape, misuse, or commercially exploit the apps or digital content except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve products and services without payment or restriction, but we do not claim ownership of your personal information.
13. Limited Warranty and disclaimers
Limited Warranty. Subject to the exclusions and limitations in these Terms, Ultrahuman warrants that it will provide the products and services with reasonable care and in material conformity with the description applicable to your order. Your remedies for a damaged or faulty sensor are described in Section 9 and any mandatory warranty law.
The sensor and Sensor App are manufactured or operated by third parties. Except for the express commitments in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, M2 Live and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant a particular health, fitness, weight, performance, or lifestyle outcome; uninterrupted data transfer; or that every reading, score, insight, or recommendation will be complete or error-free.
Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations. In those states, the exclusions and limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by law and may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultrahuman and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from M2 Live or these Terms, even if advised that such loss was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultrahuman’s aggregate liability arising from an affected M2 Live order or plan will not exceed the amount you paid to Ultrahuman for that order or plan during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including, where applicable, liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, strict product liability, or personal injury or property damage caused by negligence or a defective product. They also do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer-protection law.
15. Suspension, discontinuation, and supply interruption
We may suspend or discontinue a feature, plan, or product if reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal or regulatory compliance, supplier availability, technical integrity, or business reasons. We may also suspend access for fraud, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms.
If we permanently discontinue a paid plan or cannot supply future prepaid sensors, we will provide a reasonable substitute, credit, or refund for the unshipped or unavailable portion, unless the interruption resulted from your breach or payment failure.
16. Changes to these Terms
The Terms in effect when you place an order govern that order. We may update these Terms for future orders. For an active recurring plan, we may make prospective changes for legal, safety, security, technical, or business reasons. We will provide advance notice of a material adverse change as required by law and state when it takes effect. You may cancel future renewals before the change takes effect.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory rights or a forum that applicable consumer law makes available to you.
Before filing a claim, please contact us and describe the problem, the resolution you seek, and your order details. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where eligible or from reporting a concern to a government agency.
18. General
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your order or these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the documents identified in Section 1, are the entire agreement for your purchase and supersede prior statements about that purchase. Headings are for convenience only. The words “including” and “such as” are illustrative and do not limit the words that precede them. Electronic notices and records satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
