Ultrahuman welcomes responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities affecting our products and services.
Report a vulnerability
Please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@ultrahuman.com. Including detailed technical information helps us reproduce and assess the issue quickly. You may also use feedback@ultrahuman.com as an alternative.
Do not report vulnerabilities through public social media, support chat, or public issue trackers. Machine-readable contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.
What you can expect from us
- Acknowledgement of receipt within 5 business days.
- Initial triage within 10 business days.
- Status updates at least every 30 calendar days during the investigation.
- Work toward timely remediation and coordinated disclosure.
We appreciate the efforts of the security research community in helping improve product security.
